We are seeking a dedicated Resident Manager for 1634 Nuuanu Avenue, a 76-unit condominium. This role is perfect for an individual with a hands-on approach to property management, capable of overseeing all aspects of the condominium’s operations independently.

This is a hands-on position (no staff).

Position Highlights:

• Location: 1634 Nuuanu Avenue Condominium
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Housing Included: 2 bed/2 bath apartment 837 sq. ft. unit, #413, with covered parking

Responsibilities:

• Daily upkeep of the entire property.
• Conduct light handyman repairs.
• Maintenance, scheduling and oversight
• Monitor cameras
• Attend meetings
• Administration (print/post notices, issue violations per House rules, mailouts, registration updates, logs, reports, vendor follow-up, inventory, keys, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with house rules
• Manage pool maintenance , including chemical checks and log

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow up quickly
• 3 years of experience in condominium administration and board matters
• Must live on-site
